Planning Applications
Whether you are planning an extension, a conservatory, a loft conversion, just new kitchen, or indeed a new house we can offer you expert help and guidance through the maze of planning applications & permissions.
Building Control
Having achieved planning, you may require Building Control Approval.
This includes information explaining how the new work will perform structurally, thermally and in keeping out the weather. It also deals with details of drainage, ventilation, stairs, heating appliances, glazing & access.
Legal & Licencing Plans
We regularly carries out measured surveys of commercial and domestic properties and prepares plans to land registry requirements for lease, sale or transfer. In addition to this we can also produce plans for premises licences.
